Never troubleshoot or work on your battery pack yourself. Only an authorized and trained technician should work on your battery pack. Accidentally touching a terminal, for example, with a wrench or even a wrist watch, could result in a very serious electrical shock.
NOTE:Never drive your Sparrow without first checking the voltage display on your E-meter for the state-of-charge of your battery pack. The voltage reading on the E-meter should not be less than 135 volts.

NOTE:Sometimes the battery state-of-charge on the E-meter display will read 100% when, in fact, your Sparrow is 50 percent discharged. This occurs when the emergency power off button is pushed in (OFF) and then pulled out (ON). The meter displays the default value, 100%. Check the system voltage display on the E-meter to verify the battery charge.
